Actions (sometimes known as CTAs) are buttons found at the bottom of your messages that can drive your audience to any public URL that you choose.

For example, if your message is announcing a new feature and you want to send people to a waitlist, you can include a CTA on the message. The button name could be “Sign Up Today!” while the value/URL would be wherever the waitlist is.
